About the role

Essential Functions

• Accurately and timely enter invoices in NetSuite, including coding and obtaining supporting documentation and approvals.
• Research and resolve invoice issues, working closely with vendors and various departments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, including researching and resolving discrepancies or other payment issues.
• Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Monitor payment schedules to avoid processing delays.
• Communicate with vendors, operations team members, and others on a frequent basis.
• Understand capital versus expense accounting and appropriately apply the Company’s capitalization policy, including working closely with various departments to ensure proper coding.
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing requirements.
• Perform various other duties as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of U.S. GAAP principles.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet critical deadlines.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills to support the needs of auditors, operations, management, and others.

• $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience
